Job SummaryDevelop and conduct live and constructive Exercise Control (EXCON) for NEIC controlled exercises in which IETs are participating. For each exercise, EXCON must be sufficiently detailed and comprehensive to enable IETs to exercise all Navy Mission Essential Tasks (NMETs), and for NEIC to assess each IET NMET.
