WorldStrides in-house Creative Studio seeks an experienced Associate Creative Director to deliver multi-channel creative to raise brand awareness, unlock audience engagement, and drive revenue. Ultimately, crafting creative that resonates with target audiences. The Associate Creative Director is a creative problem solver who excels at 'design-thinking.' You are a master of your craft, quick on your feet, and laser-focused on results-oriented outcomes. You'll develop and execute deliverables while also providing guidance and mentorship to others. From ideation-to-creation, we want someone who can take an idea all the way from inception to presentation, delivery, and beyond. This position will be an integral part of the in-house Creative Studio reporting directly to the Executive Creative Director. This role can be fully remote (but working east coast hours) or based in one of offices in Charlottesville, VA, Vienna, VA, Austin, TX, Boston, MA, or NY, NY.
